  • RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

    • I reserve the right to refuse any pet that is under too much stress, ill, or behaviorally not able to handle the grooming process without risk to them or myself​. All clients seeking service must disclose any history of aggression or medical conditions that could prove harmful to me or the dog. I will give each dog a fair chance to try the grooming process and proceed with an assessment of their comfort level.

  • DEMATTING & CRUELTY-FREE

    • I opt not to demat pets who are severely matted or otherwise cannot handle the dematting process. If your dog is matted, I will try my best to ​demat and brush out the tangled hair at a charge of $15 per 15 minutes in addition to the base grooming fee. With cases of severe matting, I may need to shave down your pet as severe matting can cause dermatitis, pain, skin, and other issues. During the process, skin irritation, minor nicks, and stress may occur. You will be required to sign a Matted Pet Release Form. 

  • PAYMENT

    • Payment is due when the groom is completed. I accept cash, check, or credit card payment. 

  • CANCELLATIONS

    • I have tried hard to avoid taking these measures. However due to a high volume of no-shows and last minute cancellations, every customer must keep a card on file. Good Life Grooming will hold the card as a no-show/late cancelation protection. A no-show or last minute cancellation is defined as any appointment canceled with less than 48 hours notice. If this occurs, the client's card will be charged a $20.00 no-show/late cancellation fee. 

  • TIMING

    • Please allow 2 to 3 hours for your dog's appointment. I can provide a rough estimate for your pet's service during your consultation. I try to have all dogs done within this window for their comfort. However, depending on your dog's size, coat condition, or temperament, appointments can go longer.

  • SPECIAL SERVICES

    • Ple​ase let me know ahead of time if you'd like to add any special services, such as a pawdicure or nail pawlish,  to your dog's groom. 

  • INCOMPLETE SERVICE

    • If your dog becomes too emotionally distraught or aggressive, I will stop service for the safety of your dog and myself. If you'd like to attempt to finish your service at a different time that same week at no extra cost.
